Victor spent years diving deep into the procurement industry. With the inspiration of new technology, and a problem that clearly needed solving, he began building what would become Prokure, to meet the needs of Fred's company. On its success, he brought on Matt Mayer to launch Prokure and help companies like Securitant secure more of the deals that match them, faster.
With guidance from Fred as a long-time expert in the industry, Prokure is constantly improving, and helping suppliers win more tenders.
Victor brings years of experience building software for bleeding-edge and complex industries for some of the world’s largest enterprises. He’s become accustomed to mandatory security and no room for downtime. For years he’s learned about the procurement process and industry via Fred before narrowing down on a problem he was confident he could solve with Prokure.
Matt brings almost a decade of experience building products for enterprise customers, purpose-building to meet the needs of Fortune 500 companies like Walmart, Amazon, Pfizer, and UPS. As a user-first product leader, he ensures the product being built drives actual value and solves real problems.
Fred brings a 30+ years of experience in procurement, working with the Canadian Department of National Defence, police services, and both special and tactical forces across Canada and internationally to provide leading-edge equipment.
