These terms govern your use of the prokure.ca website. They are not a customer agreement. If you become a Prokure client, the contract we sign with you governs the service, and it takes precedence over anything on this page.

By visiting this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. The site is operated by PROKURE TECHNOLOGIES INC., registered at 209 E 7TH AVE, BC, CANADA.
Permitted use
You may read this site, and you may book a call through it. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, interfere with its normal operation, scrape or harvest it at a scale that degrades service for others, or use it to send anything unlawful.
Intellectual property
The content of this site, together with the Prokure name, logo and wider brand, belongs to us or to our licensors. You may quote or link to the site with attribution. You may not reproduce the brand assets or present the content as your own.
No warranties
This site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for any particular purpose. Nothing on this site is legal, procurement or professional advice.
Limitation of liability
